Hi thanks for asking question in HCM... Noted she has jaundice.... Cause should be ruled out first... As pain , anorexia and vomitting present mostly it will be viral hepatitis infection... For that virus marker study done with liver enzymes estimation.... USG also done for cholestatsis.... If she can t eat anything then ryles Tube intubation might done to give liquid diet... Intravenous infusion of glucose given if not eating anything.... Give her semisolid diet with more fruit juice.... Excess fatty and fried food not given to rest liver.... Carrot juice , Mashed green leafy vegetables are useful.... Hepatitis recovers gradually ... Mostly it will take arround one month for full recovery.... Udiliv can be given daily.... Take care.....
