Suggest Remedy To Avoid Pregnancy
Good day PLs could you help... LAst month I had a short (3 day flow) then after 10 days another flow - doc did scan and found a clot above cervix. pregnancy test negative so we went ahead with Primolut nor now for 10 days. Clot reabsorbed but I would like to know HOW to guage when ovulation is....(want to avoid pregnancy)...tx

Avoiding hormonal pills and using barrier methods of contraception is a better option since hormonal pills can increase the risk of blood clots in certain women.
Since there is already a history of clots,avoid hormonal contraceptives.Calculate ovulation by calculating from your previous cycles.
