I have problem from last 8 months of balgam (phlegm) / cough in respiratory/wind pipe. during the change of weather (winter to summer or summer to winter) it increases and some time my voice choked. I took steam at night and also take treatment of Ayurveda medicine (sitapiladi churn with honey) Which help me and slowly palgam (phlegm) of yellow colour comes out and my voice becomes 95% ok in 6-7 days. But the problem that it does not give me relief 100% and now white color Balgam/Sputum which is thick and sticky remains in my resiratory/ windpipe and in large quantity balgam which comes out in the early morning morning.Please advice.S.P.Singh Email: YYYY@YYYY

You may find relief by taking following medicines: Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen, Antacid like Rantac, Antihistaminic like Cetrizine, Cough expectorant like Ambroxol with Bronchodilator like Salbutamol
Avoid cold,spicy ,oily food.Take voice rest,Do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid dust.Do warm saline Gargles. If needed ,you can have a test of Sputum and Chest Xray
