Suggest Remedy To Reduce Alanine Transaminase, Aspartate Transferase
i used to take tablet for cholestrol( lorvast 10mg) containing atorvastatin and blood pressure medicine ( tenormin 50mg) and uric acid controlling medicine ( zyloric 300mg) containg allopurinol from last 4 months and today i did liver function test and it is showing high content of alanine transaminase, asparate transferase, bilirubin, and alkaline phosphate so kindly suggest me to to reduce above these

Increase in AST and ALT has many cause like Hepatitis B, C, Metabolic disorders, NAFLD, alcohol intake etc. So I will suggest you to visit a Hepatologist for evaluation who will advise tests and then manage accordingly.
Meanwhile there are few medicines which I found very useful in my patients are ursodeoxycholic acid and vitamin E. Do regular exercise and reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid alcohol if you drink.
