Suggest Side Effects Of Doxypal-dr-1 For Acne

Hi I have acne on my face and back.I took doxypal-dr-l and multuvitamin for 21 days.Applied femcinol a gel during day and tretoin during night I have a relief but acne not gone completely Can I continue with the tablets. If Yes how long can I take doxypal-dr-l and what are the side effects ?Thanks

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have noticed acne on face and back since 21 days which is due to hormonal changes and because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammation hyper-pigmentation. Doxypal-dr-1 is good for acne and is giving you benefits, you should continue with that for short term basis. You should apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and steroid and apply it at night time. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks. Apply aloe vera gel at night.
