Hi I am from the UK and have been using the cilest contraceptive pill for about 12 years. I am running low on my supply. I have learned that i cannot get it out here but I'm not sure what to change to. I feel happy on the pill that I am on and really don't want to have to chnage and go through all the emotions etc as i am here travelling and really want to make my experience easy. Do you have any advice?
