Suggest Tests For HIV For Accidently Getting Scrapped From Insulin Pen

Hi. I was working at a doctors office last year and when I was helping a patient with diabetes showing her how to use her insulin pen it kind of scraped me. I bled a little bit. I am not sure if the needle had even been used but im not sure. Should I be worried about HIV,hep,etc?

Explanation,
1. You mentioned that you are scrapped by the insulin pen while you are helping a diabetic patient
2. After that day you developed a bleb on the site of scrapping
3 there is a minimum chance of exposure to the risk of hiv only when the insulin pen is already infected with blood
4. Try to use prophylaxis with the combination of zidovudine and lamivudine tablets for 15-20 days
5.At the end of 21st day try do investigate laboratory methods like RNA polymerase test and PCR test
