Avoid any kind of stress and intercourse.
Take low dose aspiring, injectable low molecular weight Heparin and natural micronized progesterone in addition to 5 mg per day of folic acid.
Get all complete investigations done - Complete blood count, viral markers, thalassemia profile, OGTT, TSH, genetic testing etc.
Keep your weight and BP in check.
