Hi I'm a 56 year old male, never been sick till recently. I had a bout of Bels Palsey that lasted about 3 weeks. Tons of stress was what I was told may have caused it. Well stress is just as bad now and the worrying has giving me bad anxiety. I try to tough it out but got exhausted after about 3 weeks. My sister n law gave my 2 xanax .25mg, I took half of 1 and it was a instant relief. I have gone to my Dr and he did sript out xanax and zoloft. The zoloft make me ill and also I have a dentist appt that are going to have me take pain killers which I cannot mix with zoloft. I take half of a .25 xanax 3 times a day and it really helps. At this dose will I become depended on them?
