Suggest Treatment For BP Level Of 135/95

Good afternoon. I recently checked my blood pressure and its 135/95. I am 23 years old and have been experiencing symptoms such as rapid heart palpitations, fatigue, nerves; hands keep trembling, shortness of breath, and tinnitus. What prescription can I take to lower it a little without a lot of sideeffects? I was also told my the doctor that I have a slight murmur in my heart. #Very worried.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your lipid profile, fasting blood sugar and thyroid profile should be checked and a renal ultrasound and echocardiography should be taken. If there is no secondary causal factors for your BP and it is same high level on 2 to 3 visits then i recommend a low dose beta blocker for you.But initially you should control intake of salt and have proper sleep and see how the level of BP is.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
