Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

Hello Doctor,
I have been suffring from Tinnitus since Jan 2011 in my left ear and also i have a severe nerve hearing loss in my right year. Doctor advised me to go for MRI brain as soon as he observed the tinnitus in my left ear. The reports are fine and no issues in MRI. The doctor advised me to take 2B12 (Morning), Eldervert -ZC(lunch), COGNIX and Vertigon (Night) medicines. i have been using these medicines for last 10 months and there is no improvements in the tinnitus. Please advise me shall i continue same medicines or change these medicines ?

if MRI is normal and u have sensory neural hearing loss ,it is related to inner ear.
hearing aid can be tried ( u have advanced aid that won't appear outside ) that will improve ur hearing and reduces tinnitus .
otherwise u can use tinnitus maskers
