Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Breast

On the cytopathology report:
"FNAC from right breast lump,[lower quadrant] yield blood mixed aspirate which on microscopy is scantily cellular and shows occasional clusters of benign ductal epithelial cells with myoepithelial cells. However few loosely cohesive clusters of ductal epithelial cells are also seen showing mild pleomorphism and overlapping of the cells. The background cossists of hemorrhages and necrosis." are mention but what is that and what can I do further

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

I think you had an FNAC due to a suspicious lump in your breast.
The current FNAC report is almost normal nothing to worry in it.
There is no features of malignancy(cancerous growth) in this report. bit There are some features like pleomorphism have been reported, this not a dangerous thing and you don't need to worry much about it. You have to do mammogram every year as a routine screening. breast self examination also promoted.
