Suggest Treatment For A Painful And Bloodshot Eye

The inside (closest to my nose) of my right eye is bloodshot. I have been experiencing sinus issues and am hoping it is related to that (as I also have glaucoma). It is just slightly sore, except when I look to my left (or the right eye looks toward my nose), at which point it becomes painful (burning sensation.) In the past, when I would experience issues with the glaucoma, it was usually accompanied with a headache above the eye.

Hi !
Glaucoma if it is there , it must not be taken casually. Must be treated regularly with periodical follow up with pressure measurement and field testing as well as OCT etc.
The pain you are complaint this time at the inner ( nasal) side of rt eye does not appear to be related with glaucoma.
Your present pain appears to be due to some trivial trauma which will be alright soon.
Take some NSAID eye drops e.g. nevanac for relief.
