had a surgical abortion .it has been a week now.am not feelin nauseatic bt experiensing a feeling of swoolen belly.is it psychological or physical..bleeding stopped aftr 1 day of abortion.frequent urination continues..plz advice what care sud i take

After the surgical abortion such abdomen distension is very common and this comes around without any treatment and this is nothing to worry, if this does not comes around then this need to be examine clinically, hope this information helps.
