Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and itching in forehead which is because infection of sebaceous gland under the hair follicle , when sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne. I would suggest you to apply vitamin E oil at night. Don't pick or touch acne. Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. use product containing benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid for acne or cream containing isoteritenoin. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics or laser therapy as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
