Suggest Treatment For Acne And Scars On The Face

I am suffering from acne from past 11 years. I have been to so many doctors, dermatologists and gynecologists. Some said that its because of your skin which is too oily , some said its because of your hormonal imbalance. I took medicines to cure like microdox dt, Doxispan but no results rather it heatens up my body more and the only thing I can notice is increase in number of pimples , Acne, blackheads, whiteheads,Scars , pigmentation on my face. It cures temporarily max for one month and comes back to the normal condition. It forms big nodules, cysts inside the skin, black heads , white heads on my face which results in scaring. My skin complexion is totally changed due to acne. Its been ages now I have not seen my face clear and smooth. I have went through all chemical peelings, microdermabrasion proactive treatment but the results is always negative.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and scars on face since past 11 years which is because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammation hyper-pigmentation. It could be due to clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You should apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time.I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salycylic acid twice a day. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend laser therapy for marks.
