Suggest Treatment For Acne And Scars
Hi doctor,m 19 yr old male,m 6'2,nd nearly 75 to 80kgs,i have a lot of problem of acne,scars nd someheat boils.and its so painful...i have this problem for above 4to 5yrs,nd i hav used clindamicin acnesol for abt 2yrs.nd ayurvedic treatment for abt 9 mnths.plz tell me the best dermatologist in kerala.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and scars occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine but not get benefited. You should exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream. You should drink 4-5 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and laser therapy and micro-peeling as well. Apply isotrintoin on face at night time on daily basis.
