I have acne on the inside of my elbows its itchy and painful, the bumps start as Red/purple spots then turn to bumps and then turn to red/purple dots as they go away and repeat the process with no pattern but are really never completely gone can u give me some kinda of insight as to what this can be I also have large painful pimples on the back of my neck

As per your query you have acne on acne on elbows and back which occurs due to stress, anxiety, clogged pores of skin with dead bacteria, sleeplessness ,drugs like steroids and oily food. Need not to worry. You should wash area with neutrogena oil free. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. Wash these areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Take antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream , retinoids or recommend procedures like laser therapy and dermabrassion.
