I have had recent treatment for acne using isotane, now that my treatment has finished i stopped growing pimples on my face and back, however now im starting to grow pimples on my scalp. sometimes when i scratch it it will bleed, i tried using oil free shampoo but doesnt really help. do you know what i should do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of acne on scalp which could be due to hormonal changes, dandruff, stress and clogging of skin pores. Need not to worry. You should take Minoxidil and Finasteride for acne on scalp. Do oiling of scalp regularly to avoid dandruff. I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress . Wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid. Exfoliate your skin twice a week. Apply azelaic acid cream after washing face twice a day. You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid taking oily, fried and spicy food. Apply raw honey at night and wash it in the morning.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
