Suggest Treatment For Acne Scars And Itching

hello i'm 33 years old, i had acne problems 2 years ago and have taken generic accutane that was perscribed by my doctor for 6 months, i have several hypertrophic scarring. some on face and back. i have used Retina and a lightening cream for a while now but the scarring did not get any better. and sometimes it gets very itchy in which i have to scratch. Any reccomendation would be very helpful? thanks

hi, welcome to HCM,
Hypertrophic scar left after acne can be managed with intralesional Triamsinolone acetonide given by dermatologist.
Kelo-cote cream or contractubex cream is a good option for hypertrophic scar.
for itching you can take tab cetrizine 5 mg once daily.
apply cream twice daily and consult your dermatologist for ILS.
