Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I will answer you last question first.
Masturbation has no relation to either acne or hair loss and it is a myth that masturbation case acne and increases shedding.
However, having said that masturbation should not be a habitual act or an addition.
Acne is quite common at your age and would certainly be a concern for a few more years therefore you need to take regular care of your skin and not allow them to create havoc on face.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a topical antiacne antibacterial e.g either clindamycin Or benzoyl peroxide gel, over active acne during day time.
At night I suggest you to use a topical retinoid e.g adapalene gel. Adapalene is anti-inflammatory as well as comedolytic. It therefore prevents new acne apart from curing existing ones.
On account of its comedolytic properties topical retinoids are ideal for maintenance of improvement in acne. For this purpose they can be used either every alternate days or twice weekly.
I suggest you to see a dermatologist. Your dermatologist might also decide to start you on oral antiacne treatment if your acne is inflammatory i.e red, painful or pustular.
Hair loss at your age is most likely due to associated dandruff.
Dandruff commonly accompanies acne.
I suggest you to use a antifungal shampoo e.g ketoconazole shampoo, every alternate days.

Regards
