Suggest Treatment For Appendicitis
sir my name is karthik and i have 24 years old i have stomach pain and right side down some area tight i am afird it is apentisitec and i have one more problem sir back side gleteus maximus inner small infection sir i am suffred with this problem 3 months and stomach and join pain suffred with 6 month sir please answers positivly i want treetment without surgery please sir and with out injction also sir please sugetion only medicins only sir thanking you sir

Management of appendicitis depends upon the symptoms, severity reflected in form of blood counts and ultrasound imaging.
Primary treatment is possible with conservative (without surgery) in case of chronic or subacute appendicitis.
Once the infection is more, severe uncontrollable vomiting, very high blood counts or impending perforation in ultrasound then one has to get emergency surgery without delay otherwise there can be lump formation which is dangerous.
So, it is your treating doctor who can best decide the perfect line of management.
