Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that there might be many cause of pain.

1- Lumbar spondylitis with pressing of sciatica nerve

2- Osteoporosis with sciatica

3- Muscle spasm with nerve pull

4- Vitamin D and calcium deficiency.

5- slip disc

So I will advise to go for blood test and X-ray of lumbo-sacral region to get the diagnosis.

Meanwhile take mild painkiller with hot water compressing massage.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
