narrowing of the disc space with moderate importance to right parasagittal disc herniation measuring apporoximately 3mm . it is therefore no evidence of spinal stenosis in l4 - l5 in my back . i have a back pain which goes to right leg. I have a difficulty while walking. what should i do . i took inflammation tablets since more than six months . the pain stopped for some hours and then comeback. i tried physiotherapy as well . the doctor told me to take therapeutic epidurale injection but this injection has various side effects. i have 28 years of age . what should i do

Hi Start with hot packs for 15 min thrice a day. Do not lift any weight or bend forwards. Once pain reduces start back and core strengthening exercises. Also stretching of back and leg muscles will help you.
