Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on beard area of face which is because hormonal change at particular age and it could be due to stress and allergic reaction. I would suggest you to start with a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. Use medicated soap such as metarub to wash face daily. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO 2 Laser, Chemical peeling, Miocroabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. Apply creams rich in kojic acid. Don't pick up acne as it will leave scars on face. Use sun screen cream rich in spf 30 such as TAN CARE.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
