Suggest Treatment For Bladder Prolapse After Child Birth

I am 38 years old and 8 months postpartum. I was in labor 15 hours and pushed for 3 . I had an episiotomy and vacuum extraction of my son. I am still breastfeeding and will continue until my son is a year. I have bladder prolapse and leak all the time....walking, coughing, sneezing, laughing, jumping and running. There isnt much that doesnt make me leak. I use to be a runner :(My doctor is recommending surgery after I stop breastfeeding. I've been doing PT since I was 5 months postpartum..Do you think there is any chance i could have more improvement in my pelvic floor muscles after i stop breastfeeding? If I have the surgery my doc says it only last 12 years...what happens after that..am I then worse then b4? Can they do another surgery? I am sad, angry , scared and confused.
