Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Difficulty In Passing Stools

For about four months and a half now I have been suffering from constant back pain that seems to move around my back and seems to be intense at night. Along with this is stomach bloating and bowel problems. I have a lot of gas, yet it seems hard to expel.

- Avoidance of high caloric food , junk items , cheese , butter , oily , spicy
- Remain ambulatory with regular walking , exercises , YOGA .
- Avoid sleeping for 3 hrs after lunch , dinner .
- No smoking , alcohol .
- Regular sound sleep of 7 - 8 hrs .
