Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stools

Hi, I am 21 and have noticed that my stools have blood seeping out of them after I go to the toilet (i.e. nothing on the paper). It turns the water a rather bright red. I have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and nothing was found. They have suggested there is a tear somewhere and that if I increase the fibre in my diet it will go away. I wasn't constipated before the colonoscopy but over the past few days I have been and bleeding has increased (by observation anyway). I have made a concious effort to increase fibre but it has only become worse -- do you have any suggestions?? Thanks in advance
