I'm a 27 year old female with large pimples all over on my back, lower, upper, shoulders and small ones on chest. For the last three years I seem to get them at the same time each year, right before summer (yay! Thanks skin!). When I was younger I had bad acne of my face, but not on my body. Now...well...it's reversed. They are very sore and swollen and not really white heads. What is going on?!
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne with large pimples all over body mainly around back, shoulders and chest which is mainly due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas and clogging of skin pores. I would suggest you to start with application of clindamycin gel on these areas. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Don't use any cosmetics and hard substances.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
