Suggest Treatment For Broken Spine At L4 And L5

mri shows 2 cervical inpingements, herniations and bulges. Thoracic is fused with harrington rod 1980 scoliosis surgery. Lumbar is broken at L4-L5, also with herniations and buldges. Syringomyelia syrinx from T1-T12, 5mm wide. With all the above and then some, would you recommend surgery for the cervical inpingements. Pain is severe with all the above problems alone, but neck is severe pain, numbness down both legs and arms, with tingles etc. Severe pressure in head, numb and migraines.. With all going on and being fused 90% already, scared for more spinal surgery, but dont want to become paralized when told shouldnt be walking now as it is with the broken spine at L4 L5.
