Suggest Treatment For Burning Urination After Undergoing Prostate Biopsy
good evening
after prostate biopsy was put on cipro. 2 day later in E. R. fever chills deleria low blood pressure. Given drips and an anti- biotic. but discharged,no additional anti biotics given. 1 week later burning when urinating. Doc gives bactrim. really need some advise.

i would like to advise you to
1) take plenty of fluids
2) take painkiller tablets
3) do culture sensitivity test of urine and start appropriate antibiotics based on the test result
4) take urine alkalnizer e.g sachet citrosoda in glass of water three times daily
