Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores

i have 2 canker sores on the inside of my lower lip that won't go away now for nearly a month i can't stop biting at them i've been using oragel and anbesol but now when i put the anbesol on it burns really bad for a minute and i feel like my jaw is very tense it kinda hurts

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if you have Canker Sores the do not get resolved even after one month needs medical assistance as the CANKER sores that do not resolve by other treatments needs to be treated with Steroids..
You can gargle with soda bicarb solution in water..
If Anbesol burns apply only Oragel..
Take a multivitamin tablet daily for 1 month..
Cold application like sucking ice can relieve..
In case if still it doesn't resolve in one week a course of steroids has to be taken under supervision of an Oral Physician..
A Biopsy can be advised if there is no recovery even after Steroid therapy..
