Suggest Treatment For Central Disk Protrusion And Mild Bilateral Stenosis

From MRI report, I am suffering from central disk protrusion at L4-L5 level & mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis at L4-L5 level since last one year. Please suggest the treatment about it. I am 51 years, height 180 cm, weight 82 kg and work in office. I am doing some theraputic yogasan now. Now not more pain, but numbness on lower leges after walking or standing five minutes.
