I got diagnosed with Chlamydia in May, and took antibiotics.. i believe doxycline was the name (sp?) ...My boyfriend hasn't taken any antibiotics to my knowledge and now we are both needing and wanting to get seen... What is the best drug to cure this? I can't afford testing right now, my insurance starts in january.. but i need to be seen tomorrow.. do you think they will wait and just write me and my boyfriend something.. and does insurance cover testing? i am allergic to sulfa/septra/pennicillin, amoxicillin. Somewhere i read clindamycin is prescribed if you can't take sulfa.. is that true?
