Bleeding of gums during brushing along with halitosis and all signs and symptoms are suggestive chronic gingivitis( gum inflammation).
I would advice you to visit your local dentist at the earliest and have your teeth professionally cleaned and have the status of your teeth evaluated .
Use chlorhexidine mouth wash for a while and follow the correct method of brushing and maintain your oral cavity to avoid the recurrence of the bleeding and bad breath. Clean tongue is very necessary after all meals .
