Suggest Treatment For Continuous Stomach Bloating And Sweating

Hi, I am having continuous stomach bloating issues for the past 10 years. As soon as i take some food my stomach bloats and becomes very tight within minutes. When i exercise i sweat excessively, and i keep burping. I am from Kerala and i keep travelling officially. I need to bring this under control. Sometimes i even sweat while in AC! Sweating starts from the neck region. Pls advice

These are very vague symptoms you are describing. I would recommend keeping a careful diary of your symptoms, as well as the food you eat. See if you can identify triggers for your symptoms.

As far as the stomach bloating issues, some possible causes include:
- Acid reflux, you could try tums or ranitidine to see if that helps. That would explain the burping.
- Gastritis, try to avoid NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen
- Food allergy, keep a food diary as above
