Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Discomfort In Upper Stomach

I am almost 52, am 5 ft. 8 in, weigh 160 and was diagnosed with chronic reactive mono 2 months ago. I leg cramps at the time, but they went away. However, the cramps have come back and are worse and I am having an uncomfortable feeling in my upper left stomach area.

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume soft , light , bland , vegan diet .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , dairy fat .

- Intake of proton pump inhibitors as omeprazole on empty stomach
with sips of water morning and evening .
- Anti spasmodic as dicyclomine or drotaverine needs prescription of
your doctor .
