I have dark pigmenation patches on my cheecks and forehead due to hormones and sun damage. I am booked in to have liquid nitrogen treatment and wanted to know is this affective? IS it painful? I have been using various products like glycolic cleansers and scrubs retinol etc but it seems to be getting darker? Is it true that it needs to get datker before it gets lighter thats what I keep getting told.
hi there. 1. your concern may be seborrhoeic melanosis. 2. plan for simple phenol peels, instead of cryotherapy initially. 3. avoid direct sunlight even if you are using sunscreen between 10-3 pm. 4. you can try brilante serum twice daily along with thiocell oral chew-able glutathione tab daily one after breakfast. 5. it's no where mentioned or experienced with any client till now that one should become dark in order to become fair, its a myth. have diet rich in vit C and carrots. this will help you don't worry.
