Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.
As per your complain Isotroin is a retinoid containing active ingredient
Isotretinoin and the symptoms of having peeling of skin, dry mouth and nose along with burning sensation after washing face are all side effects of Isotretinoin..
You should immediately stop taking as well as applying Isotretinoin..
You can chew sugarfree chewing gum and suck tart candies and drink plenty of water to relieve dry mouth..
You should also take anti allergics like Allegra or Benadry for relieving burning of skin..
Put saline nasal drops..
Do cool compresses over face and wash your face with cold water for relieving burning..
You can apply aloevera gel for lubrication..
Once the skin improves you can apply other anti acne medications like
Benzoyl peroxide and
clindamycin gels.
Azelic acid preparations and
salicylic acid facewash along with
oral antibiotics can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
