Suggest Treatment For Diabetes During Pregnancy

Hi I am 31 yr old diabetic + high BP (detected 2 yrs back). I had miscarriage in 28 week of pregnancy 4 months back. I used to take insulin while pregnant and now I am on Amryl M2 2 times a day + Amlong 5mg once a day. I want to know whether I should go for next chance of motherhood. Can you suggest best Gynac Doctor who handles diabetic patient in Pune.

I think I may be able to help you.

First time in pregnancy, you can have a chance of miscarriage. But it does not mean that you have to consider giving up on the pregnancy. You should definitely meet a gynecologist and try again for the pregnancy.

Just make sure that you have well controlled blood pressure and sugar. Also, the sugars are usually on the down trend after delivery. So please be aware of the fact.

A friend is a pediatric specialist in pune. He suggested that the gynaecological department of mangesh kar hospital is good. So I think I will suggest the same to you.
