Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

i was told i have pre diabetes. I am experiencing nueropathy in my arms and legs. I get hot feelings on my leg at times. I feel hungry even after I v eaten sometimes. I have had some pain in the head, back of head, temples, stiffness of neck, stiffness of fingers, tiredness, what are the different things that could cause this. I have had bell s palsy in the past 2006 and ovarian cancer, which had caused some nueropathy, could that also cause the nueropathy to be worse again.
