Suggest Treatment For Dissecting Scalp Cellulitis

I have all the symptoms of 'dissecting scalp cellulitis'. Been there for more than 2 years. Using fucidin , anti bacterial shampoos etc. Can you suggest a treatment for the same in India? Is there a permanent cure? I am very obese. Is it related anyhow?
