Suggest Treatment For Distended Stomach With Stomach Ache
My 14 year old daughter has had a distended stomach for over 48 hours whith mild to moderate stomach pain that gets worse after eating. She says it is hard for her to take full breaths because of her stomach being so bloated. She has a history of stomach ulcers and has been having regular bowel movements but is terribly uncomfortable. should I take her to the ER

You should take her to ER immediately.
Stop giving her anything orally.
This looks to be a case of intestinal obstruction.
She may need urgent X-ray of abdomen in a standing position and further investigations and may be a surgery to relive of the obstruction if the medical treatment fails to relieve her of stomach distension.
