Hi,

First of all, the proper control of the blood pressure is mandatory, besides the healthy diet and avoiding too much salt and fat in your diet.

Second, you should do an ECG and an ECHO on your heart and assess the ejection fraction of your heart. The result of these investigations can help you with your treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
