43yo male diabetic insulin lantus pen 40 units day (20 am, 20 pm) novalog bolus sliding scale as needed heart problems in family non smoker (never) 1 or 2 beers a week rarely enough exercise 6 165 lbs. odd bubbly feeling in chest 3 days ago slightly dizzy shortness of breath fatigue felt like something happened on right side of heart bubbly feeling still present but not continuous faint short breath fatigue symptoms follow increased when more active (simple walking in store) i also sweat sometimes when standing still during these episodes
