Suggest Treatment For Dry Gangrene In Little Finger Of Foot
My mother 63 years old is diabetic and B.P patient, She is suffering from dry gangrene in foot little finger and have much more pain. Is dry gangrene be recover? or it will spread? she is under the treatment but she has so swear pain that she cannot sleep and all the time pain in foot. what we should do?
Dear sir i can understand your concern. this condition of dry gangrene is due to the lack of blood supply for foot. usually this dry gangrene is irreversible. we need to asses the blood supply of feet and take necessary measures like angio or bypass to treat the block. This kind of problem is called peripheral vascular disease and will have very agonising pain. i suggest to you to meet a surgeon and consider removing the gangrene part, which can reduce the pain.
