Suggest Treatment For Dystonic Movements And Visual Comforts

my brother has been to 4 emergency rooms in the last week and a half. They first told him that he had bells palsy. He has had blood work done and an mri and they told him that they could not find anything wrong and his tests were negative. but on the discharge paper it had this. paresthesia, dystonic movements and visual comforts on the diagnosis. could you please explain this to me. He cannot see. His blood pressure goes from low to high to low and his pulse rate is 50. his eyes are blinking and he cannot see and is having troulbe seeing. He is a 43 year old male

His problem has not been properly explained. for bell's palsy the diagnosis is clinical. No much of test are required. What is written in discharge slip is muscular weakness. Can take neurobion forte tablet, for one month. try to reduce his anxiety.
