Suggest Treatment For Erection Problem

HI DOCTOR, I am 42 yrs, a paralysis patient, having erection problem, kindly help, left hemiplegea , stroke on 17.09.2009, now able to woork wth pc in office, in morning soft erection for 2 mints, cant help me, what to do, i take losar h and calsi gard for bp. my wife wants sex from me

1.The history suggest that you are having problems related to blood supply.
2.There are two main causes of erectile dysfunction one is mood disorder which needs psychiatric consultation, second one is the vascular in sufficiency. other causes can be underlying medical conditions and their complications.
3.In your case in looks like second after a stroke.
4.A penile doppler would help to evaluate the blood supply status.
5.Get an appointment and find out the cause and do the needful investigations done.
