Suggest Treatment For Fever And Loose Motions In A Child

hello Doctor,
My son is 4 months 7 days old and from yesterday evening he has dehydration( vomiting, lose motions plus fever) . Doctor has given him saline but , still he has fever and lose motions and crying a lot , unable to sleep. please suggest how to handle this. I am worried.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here, most of the diarrhea in this age group of 4 months and above are self limiting and the hydration is only matter, if the child is dehydrated then it should be corrected and vomiting is concern, otherwise for the diarrhea no need to do any thing hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
