Suggest Treatment For Fever,body Pain And Chest Pain
i got cold last month...i had running nose,cough,body pain,fever and chest pain when i coughed..i took panadol and was ok...i got sick again after two weeks..same problem but no running nose...this time too i had panadol but it didnt work..so i had lemsip..i was ok and later again i got the same problem..i had lemsip again and felt better but again when i went to work today..it was really cold..i felt sick..slight fever,body pain and chest pain when i cough...can u plz help me get rid of the problem i have..thanks

Well come to HCM
Frequent episode of allergic condition with symptoms of cold, fever body pain may some time associated with secondary bacterial infection and this need to be taken into consideration, in my opinion over all clinical condition can be treated with the following medicine
1) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days
2) Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day
3) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per required
If the condition does not improved then this need to be brought to investigation, to rule out some differential diagnosis, take care.
